So I was curious as to why Teddy hadn’t received his present I mailed him back in February (over a month ago), and decided to investigate. Thank goodness I had the slip with the tracking number (mailing that package was a hectic experience and I didn’t know where I had put the thing) and I checked online for its status.
It’s still sitting in the outgoing post-office in Alexandria, waiting to be mailed.
Dearest Egypt, I should have known.
